This role supports entrepreneurs by using a consultative sales approach, building trust, explaining service value, and helping clients choose financial support that fits their business needs.

The Virtual Sales Representative manages a high-volume pipeline of qualified leads and prospects, delivers product presentations through Google Meet, educates clients on accounting and tax services, follows up consistently, and uses CRM tools to track pipeline activity and client information. The role requires strong communication, time management, self-motivation, technology comfort, and the ability to build rapport through phone and video conversations.

1-800Accountant seeks candidates with 2–4 years of sales experience and a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience closing high-ticket items may strengthen a candidate’s application. This full-time remote role follows standard operating hours of 9:00 AM–5:30 PM EST and is open to approved remote work states, including Tennessee. Compensation includes an uncapped commission structure with average on-target earnings between $60,000 and $120,000.
