Because many Bellencia Career Hub products are digital downloads or instant-access resources, refunds may be limited once access has been delivered.

Digital Downloads

Digital products such as trackers, templates, PDFs, guides, and worksheets are typically non-refundable after download or access delivery, unless there is a duplicate purchase, file issue, or another approved exception.

Subscriptions and Access Programs

Subscription access may be canceled according to the terms shown at checkout. Cancellation stops future billing but may not automatically refund previous payments unless stated otherwise.
