Strategic Finance Analyst

Boomerang Healthcare is seeking a Strategic Finance Analyst to support high-impact business decisions through financial modeling, strategic analysis, investment evaluation, and operational planning. This remote position works closely with executive leadership to evaluate growth opportunities, optimize business performance, and support long-term value creation initiatives.

This Strategic Finance Analyst role fits best as a non-phone position. Daily responsibilities focus on financial analysis, forecasting, modeling, strategic planning, business evaluation, and executive reporting. Team members spend most of their time working with data, spreadsheets, financial models, presentations, and analytical tools rather than handling customer-facing phone interactions.

Key responsibilities include evaluating new service line opportunities, analyzing expansion initiatives, identifying market opportunities, assessing investment returns, supporting payor and network strategies, and evaluating referral and marketing performance. The position also requires building financial models that support expansion projects, acquisitions, joint ventures, and business growth initiatives.

Additional duties include developing ROI analyses, evaluating acquisition targets, modeling business scenarios, preparing executive presentations, identifying process improvement opportunities, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven recommendations. Team members collaborate with executive leadership to assess risks, opportunities, and long-term growth strategies.

Successful candidates possess strong analytical abilities, financial modeling expertise, Excel proficiency, business strategy experience, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly. Experience in finance, corporate strategy, FP&A, investment analysis, consulting, private equity, or business development may provide additional advantages.
