Revenue Cycle Payer Contract Analyst

The Revenue Cycle Payer Contract Analyst supports SCA Health’s revenue cycle operations by organizing, reviewing, building, and loading payer contracts and fee schedules into payer contract and patient accounting systems. This role works with negotiated payer contracts, self-pay fee schedules, Medicaid fee schedules, workers’ compensation fee schedules, Medicare updates, and payer mapping activities.

This position supports RCO Site Engagement, Central Business Office teams, and facilities by maintaining contract-related systems and responding to payer contract questions. It is best suited for experienced healthcare professionals with payer contract knowledge, revenue cycle experience, Excel proficiency, and familiarity with contract databases, patient accounting systems, SmartSheet, and HST Practice Management.

### Key Responsibilities

* Organize, review, and load payer contracts into the Payer Contracts Database
* Load payer contracts into patient accounting systems, primarily HST Practice Management
* Build and load payer fee schedules into contract and accounting systems
* Obtain and load standard payer fee schedules, including Medicaid and workers’ compensation
* Review and respond to payer contract questions through the Teammate Service Center
* Review and load self-pay fee schedules as needed
* Receive and log health system contract submissions in SmartSheet
* Support quarterly Medicare fee schedule updates
* Assist with payer mapping in Payer Contracts Database and HST Practice Management
* Support anesthesia fee schedule organization, review, building, and loading
* Maintain accurate contract and fee schedule data for revenue cycle operations

### Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED required
* At least 5 years of healthcare work experience
* At least 3 years of payer contract knowledge
* Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint
* Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
* Ability to review healthcare contracts and fee schedules
* Ability to support multiple revenue cycle teams and facilities
* Strong organizational and analytical skills
