The Technical Analyst, Pharmacy Support provides technical support for ScriptPro pharmacy automation systems, software applications, hardware, networking components, and pharmacy workflow solutions. Analysts troubleshoot technical issues, assist pharmacy customers with system performance concerns, provide remote support, and resolve incidents through phone, chat, email, and ticketing systems.

This role combines help desk support, software troubleshooting, database analysis, healthcare technology support, and pharmacy operations assistance. Team members work directly with pharmacies to resolve technical issues while supporting pharmacy workflows, third-party insurance integrations, payment processing systems, SQL databases, and proprietary pharmacy applications.

The position requires a strong technical background and experience supporting software, hardware, networking, and operating systems within a customer-facing support environment.

### Key Responsibilities

* Troubleshoot pharmacy software, hardware, and system issues
* Provide customer support through phone, chat, email, and ticketing systems
* Analyze and review system performance issues
* Support Windows operating systems and networking environments
* Troubleshoot SQL databases and application functionality
* Support pharmacy workflow and automation systems
* Research technical issues using internal knowledge bases and documentation
* Work support tickets based on priority and customer impact
* Recommend workflow improvements and best practices
* Document troubleshooting activities and resolutions
* Monitor systems for connectivity and performance issues
* Coordinate support activities with field technicians
* Support third-party insurance and payment processing integrations
* Build and maintain customer relationships through technical support

### Requirements

* 3+ years of experience supporting Windows operating systems, software, networking, and hardware
* Advanced desktop and peripheral hardware troubleshooting skills
* Experience supporting proprietary software applications
* Experience using remote support tools
* Working knowledge of networking and connectivity concepts
* Intermediate SQL database knowledge and query syntax experience
* Experience using help desk ticketing systems
* Experience working within SLA-driven environments
* Typing speed of at least 50 WPM
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Strong customer service skills

### Preferred Qualifications

* Associate degree in Computer Science or related field
* Healthcare or pharmacy industry experience
* Pharmacy operations knowledge
* IT certifications (A+, Network+, MCITP, etc.)
* Inventory supplier experience
