Cotiviti is seeking a Remote Manager, Payment Accuracy (COB) to lead healthcare audit operations focused on Coordination of Benefits processes and payment integrity initiatives. This remote leadership position oversees team performance, operational strategy, client satisfaction, quality assurance, and financial performance while supporting healthcare reimbursement accuracy and compliance objectives.

This role fits best as a low-phone leadership position. Daily responsibilities center on team management, performance coaching, workflow oversight, operational analysis, strategic planning, quality assurance, and client collaboration. Communication occurs regularly through leadership meetings, team coaching sessions, presentations, and stakeholder interactions rather than customer service phone queues.

The Manager, Payment Accuracy (COB) leads audit teams responsible for identifying reimbursement opportunities, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and supporting coordination of benefits workflows. Responsibilities include performance management, hiring, onboarding, retention planning, employee development, forecasting productivity, and driving operational results.

Additional duties include reviewing audit quality, identifying process improvement opportunities, supporting profitability objectives, creating standard operating procedures, mentoring team members, and collaborating with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives.
