Job Description

Evergen is seeking a Remote Donor Information Associate to support donor eligibility reviews, medical record management, quality assurance activities, and documentation accuracy initiatives. This remote position plays an important role in maintaining the integrity of donor information while supporting the organization’s commitment to quality, compliance, and patient safety.

This Remote Donor Information Associate role fits best as a non-phone position. Daily responsibilities focus on reviewing medical records, verifying information, maintaining databases, organizing documentation, performing quality reviews, and supporting internal processes. Team members spend most of their time working with electronic and paper records rather than handling customer-facing phone responsibilities.

Key responsibilities include analyzing donor medical records, verifying chart information, organizing confidential medical documentation, maintaining donor databases, supporting statistical reporting, and ensuring donor records remain complete, accurate, and confidential. The position also requires locating, scanning, printing, archiving, and organizing medical charts with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Additional duties include performing quality reviews, assisting with department training activities, supporting process improvements, maintaining department inboxes, mentoring team members, and ensuring documentation standards are consistently met. Team members collaborate with internal departments and external partners to obtain complete and accurate medical information when required.

Successful candidates possess strong attention to detail, documentation review abilities, organizational skills, records management experience, data entry skills, confidentiality awareness, and the ability to manage large volumes of information accurately. Experience with medical records, chart review, healthcare documentation, quality assurance processes, and database management may provide additional advantages.

Evergen offers employees the opportunity to work remotely while supporting innovative regenerative medicine solutions used throughout the healthcare industry. The company emphasizes quality, accountability, continuous learning, customer focus, and professional growth while maintaining a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Overall, this position is ideal for professionals who enjoy documentation review, records management, quality assurance, medical record analysis, data accuracy, and healthcare-related back-office operations within a fully remote work environment.
