LCG Inc. is hiring a Remote Data Processing Specialist, Associate to support federal grant application processing. This PRN, as-needed role works well for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy data entry, document review, quality control, and structured administrative workflows.

What This Role Does

The Data Processing Specialist helps manage federal grant applications from intake through review support. In this role, you will collect and organize applications from Grants.gov. You will transfer application details into GrantSolutions and review submissions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

You will also validate application data using quality control protocols. After review, you will log findings in central databases and update federal systems with applicant status, reviewer activity, and screening outcomes.

Daily Responsibilities

This position includes downloading and uploading review panel summaries between ARM and GrantSolutions. You may also generate panel review documents, prepare panel sheets, and help organize materials for review teams.

The role also supports applicants, panelists, and internal teams. You may help users navigate the Application Review Module platform. You may also coordinate with subject matter experts to confirm their availability for review panels.

In some cases, you may help set up SME webinars or panel rooms using Microsoft Teams or Zoom.

Skills Needed

LCG Inc. is looking for someone with strong computer skills and attention to detail. Experience with data entry, data validation, quality assurance, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and web-based platforms can help you succeed in this role.

Strong communication skills also matter. You may support applicants, panelists, subject matter experts, and internal teams. The right candidate should communicate clearly, stay organized, and handle confidential information with care.

Qualifications and Pay

Candidates should have a high school diploma and relevant experience. A mix of education, training, and experience may also qualify. Knowledge of the federal grant lifecycle is helpful, but it is not required.
