Temporary Customer Service Representative

OLLY is hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative to support customer order management, supply chain coordination, and customer service operations. This full-time, 5-month contract role is a strong fit for someone with experience in customer service, order processing, Excel, inventory support, or CPG operations.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will provide support to OLLY customers and retailers. You will help answer inquiries, resolve order issues, and communicate updates in a clear and timely way.

You will also manage the full cycle of customer orders through EDI and Microsoft D365. This includes processing orders, troubleshooting order issues, and helping ensure accurate fulfillment.

Order and Inventory Support

The Customer Service Representative will work with OLLY’s 3PL partner to support finished goods inventory and customer order fulfillment. You will monitor open orders, available inventory, aged inventory, and orders that may be at risk for cuts or allocation changes.

You may also assist with customer and item data setup. This can include UPC creation, Bills of Materials, customer data hubs, and Salsify updates.

Cross-Functional Teamwork

This role works closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and the S&OP Manager. You will help support new customer onboarding by completing new item requests, collecting routing guides, and sharing timely updates.

You may also pull metrics and KPIs to help track customer service performance. Strong Excel skills, organization, and attention to detail will help you succeed in this role.

Skills and Experience

OLLY is looking for someone with 1 to 5 years of customer service experience. CPG experience and inventory management experience are preferred.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, business awareness, Excel skills, math skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. This role works well for someone who can stay organized, learn quickly, and adjust in a changing environment.

This is a remote contract role with a 40-hour weekly schedule. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
