Crayola is hiring a Customer Operations Specialist to support its commercial and sales operations team. This role helps ensure customer-facing systems, product data, reporting, and processes stay accurate, timely, and aligned across teams.

What You’ll Do
As a Customer Operations Specialist, you will support sales programs, customer meetings, line reviews, planograms, and special projects. You will help prepare customer-facing data and make sure important details are accurate before execution.
You will manage item setup, cost validation, and product maintenance across domestic, Direct Import, and ecommerce channels. This work helps ensure products are ready for customer systems and sales programs.
Reporting and Analysis
This role owns weekly POS reporting, trend analysis, and insight distribution to Sales. You will review customer performance, revenue, trade, promotional activity, and customer metrics.
You may also analyze promotional performance, pricing, markdown exposure, and competitive assortment data. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are important for this role.
Direct Import and Ecommerce Support
The Customer Operations Specialist will support Direct Import execution. This includes item setup, tracking, compliance, shipment visibility, and import documentation accuracy.
You will also help maintain ecommerce product content. This includes product data, content accuracy, sample inventory, and readiness checks for new items, seasonal programs, and promotions.
Cross-Functional Coordination
This position works closely with Sales, brokers, Customer Care, and internal teams. You will help resolve data, order, and execution issues while keeping customer commitments on track.
You will also determine when issues can be resolved independently and when they need escalation. Clear communication, organization, and sound judgment will help you succeed.
Skills and Experience
Crayola prefers candidates with one to three years of experience in Customer Operations, Sales Operations, Supply Chain, Ecommerce Operations, or a related role. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Analytics, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
Experience with POS data, customer systems, item setup, ecommerce content, customer portals, reporting platforms, Direct Import operations, or compliance workflows is helpful.
The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
