Affiliate Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The Bellencia Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn commissions by promoting our digital products using a unique referral link.

Affiliates will receive a commission for each qualified sale generated through their referral link, subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Affiliate Eligibility

To participate in the program, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Have a valid payment method for receiving commissions

We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn a commission of 20% per qualifying sale
A “qualifying sale” is a completed purchase made through your unique referral link
Commissions are only earned on successfully completed and non-refunded transactions

Bellencia reserves the right to modify commission rates at any time with notice.

4. Payment Terms

Commissions will be paid on the 23rd of each month. If this date falls on a weekend or holiday, payments will be issued on the next business day.
All commissions are subject to a 14-day holding period to account for refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations. During this period, commissions will remain pending and are not yet eligible for payout. Payments are issued on a monthly basis, and only commissions that have cleared the holding period and have not been refunded will be included. If a commission has not yet completed the holding period at the time of payout, it will be carried over to the next payout cycle.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment information. Bellencia is not responsible for failed or delayed payments due to incorrect payment details.
A minimum payout threshold of $25 may apply before commissions are issued.

Bellencia is not responsible for payments sent to incorrect or outdated payment information.

5. Referral Tracking

Each affiliate is assigned a unique referral link
Sales are tracked using cookies and/or referral tracking systems
If a customer does not use your referral link, the sale may not be attributed to you

Bellencia is not responsible for lost or untracked referrals due to technical issues, user behavior, or browser settings.

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may NOT:

Engage in self-referrals (purchasing through your own affiliate link)
Use misleading, deceptive, or false claims
Spam links in comments, messages, or communities
Use unauthorized paid ads (including brand bidding) without permission
Impersonate Bellencia or represent yourself as an official employee

Any violation may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of commissions.

7. Fraud & Abuse

Bellencia actively monitors for fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:

Self-referrals
Fake or duplicate accounts
Suspicious transaction patterns
Abuse of tracking systems

We reserve the right to:

Reverse commissions
Withhold payments
Terminate accounts involved in suspicious or fraudulent activity

8. Refunds & Chargebacks

If a sale is refunded or charged back, the associated commission will be voided
Bellencia reserves the right to deduct refunded commissions from future payouts

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time for:

Violation of these terms
Fraudulent or unethical behavior
Inactivity or misuse of the program

Affiliates may also leave the program at any time.

10. Modifications

Bellencia reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.

11. Limitation of Liability

Bellencia is not liable for:

Indirect or incidental damages
Loss of income due to program changes or termination
Technical tracking issues beyond our control
