Implementation Specialist

The Implementation Specialist supports HCA Healthcare’s Digital Transformation and Innovation team by leading technology deployment activities for Expanse implementation projects. This role works with physicians, clinicians, hospital staff, project teams, and leadership to analyze workflows, prepare facilities for system readiness, coordinate go-live activities, and execute large-scale implementation plans.

The position requires strong project management, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Although listed as work from home, this role includes up to 75% travel, making it best suited for candidates who are comfortable with frequent onsite implementation support across healthcare facilities.

### Key Responsibilities

* Support Expanse implementation projects
* Develop scalable technology deployment plans
* Lead workflow analysis activities
* Support action planning for implementation projects
* Coordinate system readiness activities
* Support go-live planning and execution
* Prioritize large-scale implementation tasks
* Execute corporate, division, and facility-level deployment activities
* Lead implementation meetings

### Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree
* 3+ years implementation experience
* Healthcare implementation experience

* Ability to travel up to 75%
