- Starting pay is $15.50 and may reach $20.25 based on automotive knowledge/education. Training is approximately 7 weeks Monday-Friday 12:30 PM-9:00 PM Eastern. Post-training schedule is generally 3:30 PM-midnight Eastern with rotating days off and every other Saturday. Cable internet is required
