Additional Job Details
- Full-time, 40 hours/week. Requires 2+ years of customer service and/or administrative experience plus strong technical and Microsoft Office skills
- claims, Medicare/Medicaid, MHK, CRM and CAS experience preferred. Schedule requires flexibility for any 8-hour shift between 6:00 AM-6:30 PM Eastern Monday-Friday
- some weekends/overtime may be required. Hard-wired internet required.
