Job Description

The Care Admin Specialist supports Charlie Health’s operations by ensuring patient data is accurate, complete, and properly transferred between internal systems. This role focuses on patient data review, manual data entry, chart maintenance, scheduling support, administrative coordination, and compliance-focused documentation.

The specialist works with admissions, clinical, and administrative teams to support care delivery, data accuracy, patient record integrity, and workflow efficiency. This is a strong fit for candidates seeking a remote healthcare administrative role with low phone requirements and a strong focus on data management and back-office operational support.

### Key Responsibilities

* Review patient data for accuracy
* Transfer patient data between Salesforce and medical records systems
* Maintain patient charts and records
* Ensure documentation is complete and organized
* Enter and update patient information in databases
* Update electronic health record systems
* Monitor data integrity
* Identify and resolve discrepancies
* Correct data entry errors promptly
