Lifepoint Health is hiring an Information Systems Analyst to provide Help Desk support, desktop troubleshooting, hardware and software installations, printer support, Active Directory administration, and end-user technical assistance within a healthcare environment.
Job Description
The Information Systems Analyst serves as a frontline technical support professional responsible for delivering desktop, workstation, printer, software, and Help Desk services across the organization. The role includes troubleshooting technical issues remotely, over the phone, and onsite while supporting users with Microsoft applications, operating systems, mobile devices, antivirus solutions, and healthcare business applications.
The position also supports workstation deployments, asset management, video conferencing, network connectivity troubleshooting, and participation in the technical support on-call rotation.
### Key Responsibilities
* Answer Help Desk phone calls
* Troubleshoot hardware issues
* Troubleshoot software issues
* Support printers and peripherals
* Install and configure workstations
* Install and maintain desktop computers
* Support Microsoft Office applications
* Support Microsoft Exchange
* Support Active Directory
* Support antivirus software
* Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
* Support Citrix applications
* Maintain asset inventory records
* Document technical support activities
* Escalate issues when necessary
* Coordinate third-party technical support
* Support video conferencing systems
* Support audio/visual equipment
* Support mobile devices
* Participate in on-call support rotation
### Requirements
* Associate Degree or equivalent experience
* 2+ years technical support experience
* Windows desktop support experience
* Active Directory experience
* Microsoft Office experience
* Microsoft Exchange experience
* Strong troubleshooting skills
* Strong customer service skills
* Strong communication skills
* Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License
