Client Benefits Senior Analyst (BRM)

The Client Benefits Senior Analyst (BRM) serves as a strategic liaison between CVS Health clients and internal operations teams. This role focuses on documenting, analyzing, implementing, and maintaining prescription benefit plan designs for pharmacy benefit management clients.

The position requires extensive PBM knowledge, claims adjudication understanding, benefits configuration expertise, and the ability to translate complex client requirements into operational solutions. Analysts work closely with account management, benefits coding, quality analysis, and clinical operations teams to ensure accurate implementation of client benefit plans.

This is primarily an analytical, project-based role with limited customer interaction compared to traditional customer service positions.

* AS400 experience
* Strong analytical skills

* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
* High School Diploma or GED
