Elite Truck Service is hiring a Parts Sales Specialist to assist customers with truck parts orders, provide pricing quotes, process sales transactions, manage inventory requests, and support customers throughout the ordering process.
Job Description
The Parts Sales Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for customers purchasing truck parts. This commission-based sales role focuses on helping customers identify the correct parts, processing orders, providing pricing information, coordinating shipments, and maintaining customer relationships throughout the sales process.
The position requires strong customer service skills, sales experience, and the ability to work with truck parts catalogs and inventory systems. Specialists communicate regularly with customers regarding order status, availability, pricing, shipping, and payment processing.

### Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers in locating and purchasing truck parts
* Provide pricing quotes and product information
* Answer incoming customer phone calls
* Communicate order status updates throughout the sales process
* Read and interpret truck parts catalogs
* Pull and fill parts orders from inventory
* Locate out-of-stock parts from outside suppliers
* Submit emergency orders when necessary
* Process customer payments and order transactions
* Coordinate shipping, delivery, and customer pickups
* Maintain professional customer relationships
* Utilize multiple computer systems to process orders and manage inventory
* Perform additional duties as assigned
### Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* 3–5+ years of Heavy Truck Parts Sales experience
* Strong customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Self-motivated and disciplined work style
* Professional communication skills
* Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and catalogs
* Ability to use multiple Windows-based computer systems
* High-speed internet connection (100 Mbps+) if working remotely
### Preferred Qualifications
* Procede Sales experience
* DTNA Parts Sales experience
* Bilingual English/Spanish
