The Sales & Customer Service Representative supports customers across phone, email, chat, and social media channels. This role involves answering questions, resolving concerns, de-escalating issues, processing requests or payments when needed, documenting call-related details, and escalating interactions when appropriate.

This is a remote customer service and sales role with a strong phone and performance component. Representatives are expected to communicate clearly, follow structured procedures, meet sales objectives, and provide a positive customer experience in a fast-paced contact center environment.

### Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer questions, concerns, and service requests
* Assist customers by phone, email, chat, and social media
* De-escalate customer issues calmly and professionally
* Escalate interactions when necessary
* Process assistance requests and possible payments
* Track call-related information for auditing and reporting
* Provide feedback on recurring call issues
* Meet defined sales objectives
* Follow established procedures and quality standards
* Collaborate with team members and support departments

### Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
* Comfortable using desktop computer systems
* General knowledge of Windows-based systems
* Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
* College degree preferred but not required
* Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work under pressure within a structured schedule

### Work From Home Requirements

* Minimum subscribed download speed of 15 Mbps
* Minimum subscribed upload speed of 5 Mbps
* Internet must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
* Satellite, mobile data, hotspots, P2P, and VPN connections are not allowed
* Proof of internet speed required
* Clean and quiet workspace required
