Cash Applications Analyst

The Cash Applications Analyst supports Soleo Health’s specialty infusion pharmacy revenue cycle operations by reviewing documentation for payor audits and refund requests, reconciling unapplied cash, tracking audit findings, and preparing reports for management. This role focuses on cash posting, reimbursement support, refund processing, and payment reconciliation within a pharmacy and healthcare billing environment.

This position is ideal for candidates with prior cash posting experience in infusion pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, medical billing, reimbursement, accounts receivable, or healthcare payment operations. Strong attention to detail and knowledge of medical or pharmacy insurance payments, EOBs, and remittance documentation are required.

### Key Responsibilities

* Review supporting documentation for payor audits and refund requests
* Review delivery tickets, compound records, orders, invoices, payments, EOBs, and remits
* Prepare, record, and track external audit findings and refund requests
* Communicate audit results and identify risks related to audit findings
* Research, reconcile, and manage the company’s unapplied cash account
* Recommend unapplied cash funds for revenue recognition based on company criteria
* Complete required documentation for payor EFTs
* Conduct monthly and quarterly cash and unapplied cash reviews
* Prepare reports for management as needed

### Requirements

* Minimum 2 years of cash posting experience in infusion or specialty pharmacy required
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Knowledge of medical or pharmacy insurance payments, EOBs, and remits
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to research, reconcile, and manage payment-related documentation
* Experience with reimbursement, accounts receivable, collection support, or healthcare cash application workflows preferred
