Remote BI Report Developer

Liviniti is seeking a Remote BI Report Developer to support business intelligence reporting, data analysis, and reporting initiatives across the organization. This position focuses on developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting reports while collaborating with stakeholders, product owners, and quality assurance teams to deliver accurate and reliable reporting solutions.

This Remote BI Report Developer role fits best as a non-phone position. Daily responsibilities center on report development, data validation, SQL query creation, testing, troubleshooting, and collaboration with internal teams. Employees spend the majority of their time working with reporting tools, databases, and analytics rather than handling customer-facing phone interactions.

Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) reports, developing Power BI reports using approved company data models, troubleshooting reporting issues, validating report functionality, and supporting acceptance testing activities. Team members work closely with stakeholders to ensure reporting solutions meet business requirements and support decision-making needs.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining report datasets, validating data accuracy, adhering to development standards, supporting reporting projects, collaborating with QA teams, and following established BI development lifecycle procedures. The role also requires compliance with HIPAA regulations and the protection of sensitive healthcare information.

Successful candidates possess strong experience with SQL Server, T-SQL query development, SSRS, Power BI, report design, and data analysis. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, DAX, MDX, SQL Server Analysis Services, Agile methodologies, healthcare reporting, pharmacy reporting, or PBM environments may provide additional advantages.
