Lantern Care is seeking a Remote SMS Care Advocate to help members navigate healthcare services, appointment scheduling, benefits education, and care coordination. This healthcare customer support role focuses on delivering empathetic member experiences while supporting patients throughout their healthcare journey.

As an SMS Care Advocate, you will serve as a primary point of contact for members through inbound and outbound communication. Responsibilities include educating members about healthcare benefits, coordinating appointments, answering questions related to claims and billing, documenting interactions, and collaborating with healthcare providers and insurance partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound member calls

Qualifications
