Case Management Associate Responsibilities
As a Case Management Associate, you will access and assign workers compensation, disability, and liability cases. You will also enter claims data into the claims management system while maintaining accuracy and data integrity.
In addition, you may support clinical staff by helping complete utilization review and case management tasks. You may also gather reports, maintain records, and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Claims Support and Scheduling Duties
This Remote Case Management Job also includes scheduling physician appointments and diagnostic tests. You may also direct injured workers into PPO treatment networks and support communication between utilization review teams, telephonic case managers, and clinical consultation staff.
Also, the role includes handling fax forms, filings, reports, and regulatory documentation.
Qualifications for This Remote Case Management Job
Sedgwick prefers candidates with an associate degree or two years of college. One year of administrative experience is required, and customer service experience in a medical setting is preferred.
Candidates should also have:
