Valon is hiring for a Remote Loan Document Job for candidates with strong document processing and organizational skills. This role supports mortgage servicing operations by processing loan-related documents, borrower requests, and internal documentation tasks.
In this position, you will help ensure loan records stay accurate and complete. Also, you will work within service level agreements, known as SLAs, to keep document tasks on schedule.
Loan Document Specialist Duties
As a Loan Document Specialist, you will process mortgage-related documents and support borrower requests. You may also help with payoff statements, payment histories, amortization schedules, escrow waivers, authorizations, and other loan records.
In addition, you will research missing or historical loan documents when needed. As a result, strong follow-through and attention to detail are important.
Mortgage Document Processing Responsibilities
This Remote Loan Document Job requires accurate document handling. You will manage assigned tasks, prevent backlogs, and meet quality benchmarks.
