This role is remote, but applicants must live in Idaho to be considered.
What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will answer a high volume of inbound customer calls. You will help customers with questions, orders, payments, refunds, and account-related concerns.
You will also help personalize the customer experience during each call. This may include recommending additional products and supporting sales opportunities during customer interactions.

This role may be a good fit for someone with retail customer service, call center, remote support, order support, payment assistance, or sales experience.
Benefits
QVC Group offers a total rewards package that may include competitive compensation, paid time off, employee assistance, parental leave, paid volunteer hours, company discounts, healthcare benefits starting on day one, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.
