Thorne seeks a Customer Safety Specialist to support customer safety, compliance, case documentation, and risk tracking across Customer Service, Medical Affairs, Quality Assurance, Regulatory, Operations, and leadership teams. This role serves as a key control point for adverse event reports, customer complaint forms, and counterfeit product inquiries.
The Customer Safety Specialist intakes, documents, tracks, reconciles, and submits adverse events within required 24-hour timelines. The role also monitors customer feedback channels, manages customer complaint forms, documents counterfeit product inquiries, escalates urgent or high-risk cases, and maintains accurate case records through final resolution. Strong documentation discipline, follow-through, and attention to detail help ensure compliance with internal SOPs, regulatory standards, and audit expectations.
This position also tracks weekly case activity, reconciles system records with QA and Medical Affairs submissions, maintains reporting dashboards, provides weekly updates, prepares monthly trend reports, and flags recurring product or process issues. Thorne seeks candidates with 3–5 years of experience in customer service operations, quality, compliance, or regulated environments. Strong case management, reporting, cross-functional communication, data integrity, time management, critical thinking, and documentation skills support success in this role.
