Affiliation Specialist Remote Job at AlignRx

AlignRx seeks a remote Affiliation Specialist to support pharmacy affiliation operations, PBM contract enrollment, 835 file onboarding, and pharmacy service documentation. This role works closely with credentialing, pharmacy services, reconciliation, EDI, management, PBM contacts, and pharmacy members to ensure accurate and timely affiliation of new pharmacy enrollments.

The Affiliation Specialist manages non-central pay 835 file setup, verifies 835 file receipt, resolves gaps in affiliation, maintains enrollment procedures, monitors the Affiliation Support email box, documents activity in the Pharmacy Data Management System, and processes service-level and PSAO-level terminations. The role also supports monthly and quarterly roster submissions, maps PBM enrollment forms in the credentialing system, and responds to customer inquiries by email and phone.

AlignRx seeks candidates with at least three years of administrative, clerical, or customer support experience, along with relevant pharmacy or PBM-related experience. Strong Excel, Word, communication, organization, time management, data analysis, problem-solving, follow-through, and customer service skills help candidates succeed in this remote position.
