Customer Experience Associate at Koala Health

Koala Health seeks a remote Customer Experience Associate to help pet parents manage pharmacy orders, product questions, service concerns, and website support. This role supports Koala Health’s mission to simplify pet healthcare by delivering medications and health products directly to customers while creating a smooth, caring experience for pet owners and veterinarians.

The Customer Experience Associate handles inbound and outbound calls and emails, provides order updates, answers product and service questions, assists customers with website navigation, and owns customer issues from start to finish. The role requires calm communication, proactive problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to support customers in a fast-paced virtual environment.

Koala Health requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of vet or healthcare experience, customer service or veterinary care experience, and comfort using computer and web-based tools. Candidates must work Monday through Friday from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM ET and maintain a private, distraction-free home workspace with reliable internet. The role pays $18 per hour and includes benefits such as medical, dental, vision, PTO, a 401(k), and performance-based incentives.
